Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

If you wish to return an item you have purchased from us, we are always ready to exchange it, provided that it is in fully resalable condition. Returns must be initiated within five (5) days from the date of receipt and must be in their original, undamaged packaging, accompanied by the invoice.

Please note:

  • Undergarments cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • If the returned product is not in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

  • A refund of the delivery charge will only be provided for incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

Once we review your return request, we will provide further instructions. If the goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the item free of charge.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange a product, please contact us at 0117508037 between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekdays.

  • The exchange process will only begin once we have received the original product.

  • However, we will reserve the replacement product to ensure availability.

  • A delivery charge will apply unless the goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

  • If you are returning an item that was part of a discounted or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply.

  • Any free promotional gifts received with the order must also be returned if the purchased item is being returned.

Delivery Charges

  • We will refund the original delivery charge only in cases where the product is faulty or damaged.

  • We will not refund the delivery charge if the return is due to a change of preference (e.g., color) or ordering the wrong size.

Please note that cancellations must be made before dispatch from the rupees599 warehouse.

Orders are typically sent to the courier within a day of being placed. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we kindly request you to notify us within 4 hours of placing your order.
