WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
Admin2025-03-24T16:33:32+05:30 Same Day Delivery: Orders placed between 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) in Colombo via Aramex.
2 to 3 Day Delivery: For locations outside Colombo, delivery takes 2 to 3 days via Aramex.
Shipping Costs: Vary based on the city.
HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that cancellations must be made before dispatch from the rupees599 warehouse.
Orders are typically sent to the courier within a day of being placed. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we kindly request you to notify us within 4 hours of placing your order.
To facilitate your request, please have your order number and order date ready.
HOW DO I RETURN?

If you prefer to exchange a product, please contact us at 0117508037 between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekdays.
- The exchange process will only begin once we have received the original product.
- However, we will reserve the replacement product to ensure availability.
- A delivery charge will apply unless the goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
- If you are returning an item that was part of a discounted or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply.
- Any free promotional gifts received with the order must also be returned if the purchased item is being returned.
