RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are wishing to return any item which you have bought from us, we are always ready to exchange the goods provided that it is in fully reasonable condition. The returns should be made to notice within 5 days from the received date and in original, undamaged packaging along with the invoice. Please note that we will not accept any undergarments under any circumstance. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods and the returns can be made through either of the following options,

  • Returns through courier partner

After going through the details, we will revert back to you with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come and collect the product you wish to return – free of charge if the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.

  • Exchanges

If the customer prefers in exchanging the product, you may contact us on 0117508037 between 9.00 am – 5.00 p.m. only on Weekdays. We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product is being received by us. However, we will reserve the product to ensure that you will receive the product of your choice. A delivery charge will apply unless the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty. When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.

  • Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted due to color preference or have ordered a wrong size by you.

  • Change or cancel an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you can contact us on 0117508037 anytime between 9.00am – 5.00 p.m. on Weekdays or you can log in to our system and do the cancellation only before the goods are dispatched from our premises. Please make sure to have the order number and date of order with you during the cancellation. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure. Please note: The above policies are subject to change by rupees599 management at any time without prior notice.
